- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Transferred a title with them and it was a seamless experience. It's a small business with a cracker barrel type ambiance. The attendant helping us even offered to go out to my wife in the car to get her signature instead of having her come inside. The DMV would NEVER do that!By John Pope, April 02, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Had to wait an hour for a 30 day temp tag.Only one employee was doing registration stuff and two were doing Drivers license stuff. A very bad setup they have. People that are there for Drivers license was only there for 25 to 30 minutes max.A man walked in about 20 minutes after I signed in.He went up to the counter to ask a question the lady had him sit down and she made him out a 30 day tag he never signed in!!!!!! I was there along with other people that had followed the rules and signed in and we had to wait.The MVD takes just as long without a 10.00 inconvenience fee. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very unprofessional staff. Horrible customer service. Place is a mess and filthy. The "supervisor" wouldn't even give me her name and told me I was the problem when I asked for clarification on a policy and what documents were needed.
